What should I do if I upgraded to Core Membership but don't have access to features yet?
There are a few reasons you may encounter a delay between purchasing Core Membership and seeing some of your Core Member features activate. Some common occurrences are as follows:
- There is a server lag that is causing a short delay.
- Your browser’s cache may need to be cleared so it can recognize the change to your account.
- Some features (such as username changes or Custom Sections) have to be manually enabled from either the Settings page or your Profile, and other features (like Stats and Insights) aren’t retroactive and will require time before it starts registering viewer data.
Please note also that it can take a few minutes to receive Core Membership access. If you find your Core Membership features are still not active, please contact DeviantArt Customer Support and a team member will assist.
