Where should I go if I have an issue with a Premium Download transaction?

Disputes may occasionally occur, most often because the download doesn't meet the buyer’s expectations. 

This can usually be avoided if the seller provides a good description of the content on the deviation page. The seller is responsible for providing an adequate description, and the buyer is responsible for reading that description before deciding to make a purchase.
