What should I do if I’m having an issue with the mobile app?

To troubleshoot the mobile app, first check operating system requirements through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to make sure your operating system is compatible and you have the latest version of the app installed. The DeviantArt Android app is only supported on older Android devices. If you’re unable to download the app on the Google Play Store, we recommend getting the new cross-platform web app.

If you’re on the most recent version of the mobile app, double check to confirm that your internet connection is secure and stable, then try logging out and logging back in to see if that resolves the problem. If the issue persists, uninstall the mobile app, restart the device, then re-install the mobile app.

If, after doing all of the above steps, the issue persists, please file a bug report that includes the operating system version you’re using, the device’s make and model, and any relevant screenshots or screen recordings that display the issue you’re encountering.
