What happens if there is a major site issue?
If a major site issue occurs, the Customer Support team may receive a large influx of reports in a short amount of time. For instances impacting larger groups of deviants, the team may post a Known Issue article so deviants know it is an issue the team is working on resolving. If there is a Known Issue article posted, you can click the “I’m experiencing this issue” button to receive an update when the issue is resolved.
If there is not a Known Issue article about the issue you’re encountering, please contact DeviantArt Customer Support. Submit only one one ticket for the issue you’re encountering, and the team will get to it as they are able. Please know also that if an issue impacts multiple deviants, these tickets may be handled in batches.
If an issue has been marked as resolved by DeviantArt team members and you are still encountering issues, please clear your browser’s cache and give it another 12-24 hours before contacting Customer Support, as the fix may take time to synchronize.
