What does it mean if my images aren't loading?
If you’ve checked the Known Issue articles and there isn’t a post about images loading, then it may be an issue that can be resolved on your side. Before contacting DeviantArt Customer Support, try the following:
- Check to see if your browser has blocked one or more image servers from loading. Using the support website of your browser of choice, learn how to confirm images from DeviantArt’s servers are allowed to load. Examples of DeviantArt’s image servers include the following:
- If you have a firewall, anti-virus, or ad-blocking program on your computer or added on to your browser, try temporarily disabling it to see if it solves the issue. If disabling the program does solve the issue, you may want to disable the program while browsing DeviantArt, or try to whitelist DeviantArt within the program itself.
- Connect to DeviantArt from a different internet connection than the one with which you encountered the issue. It’s possible your internet provider may be having problems connecting to some of our servers, or that some of DeviantArt’s servers have been blocked by your provider (especially if you are using a public internet network, such as at a school or library).
If you are still experiencing issues after trying the above steps, please file a bug report so a team member can assist.
