What do I do if I haven’t received my subscription content?

Be sure to check the tier benefits of the artist you’re subscribed to in order to see how often they’ll post to their tier. If you have promotional emails from DeviantArt enabled, you’ll receive an email each time new deviations or posts are added to the tier you’ve subscribed to.

If you’re not sure about whether or not there have been updates to the tier, you can find tier deviations and posts from an artist you’ve subscribed to on the Watch and Deviants You Watch pages, as well as on the artist’s Profile.
