How does Subscriptions billing work?

You’ll be charged immediately when you first subscribe to a tier, and your subscription will renew every month starting 30 days after your purchase. In order to avoid interruption in your subscription, you may be billed up to 10 days before the renewal date.

You can only subscribe to one of an artist’s tiers at a time. If you want to switch to a different tier from the same artist, you can do so, but be aware of the following information:

  • Your subscription to the first tier will be canceled immediately and you’ll lose access to the content in that tier.
    • Once you confirm you want to cancel your subscription and continue to the payment page, your subscription to the first tier will be canceled, even if you don't complete the payment process for the second one.
  • You will be immediately charged for access to the new tier. Refunds are not available for price differences when switching tiers, or for any time remaining in your previous billing cycle.

Unsubscribing from a tier is immediate. When you unsubscribe from a tier, you will immediately lose access to all of the content from the tier, regardless of when you subscribed. Refunds are not available for subscription cancellations.
