How do group admins vote on submissions?

Group administrators can set vote requirements for deviations and posts submitted to the group, to ensure the content publicly displayed in the group matches with what the group is about.

How does submission voting work?

Group settings can be adjusted to require one or more group administrators to approve the submission of a deviation or journal before it appears publicly on the group. When one is submitted, group administrators will receive a group-specific notification in the left sidebar of the notifications page, and will be prompted to vote to either accept or decline the submission.

If enough group administrators vote to accept the submission, then it will appear in the group immediately after the last necessary vote. If a submission receives enough votes to decline it, or it doesn’t receive enough votes within a two week period to decide one way or another, it will not appear in the group.

Groups can be modified to include or exclude voting, based on the group administrators’ preference. Learn more about group member settings and how to update group member privileges.
