How do I cancel an active subscription?

You can cancel an active subscription from the Billing and Payments page or from the Profile page of the artist whose tier you want to unsubscribe from.

Please note that you will immediately lose access to all content in a tier when you unsubscribe from that tier.  

If you are certain about canceling your active subscription, instructions to do so from either location are below.

From the Billing and Payments page:

  • Locate the Active Subscriptions section.
  • Find the specific subscription you want to cancel.
  • Click on the three-dot menu next to that subscription and select “Manage Subscription.”
  • Click “Cancel.”

From the artist’s Profile:

  • Click on the Subscriptions tab.
  • Find the tier you’re subscribed to.
  • Hover over the “Subscribed” button.
  • Click “Unsubscribe” and then confirm your intent by clicking “Cancel Subscription.”
