DeviantArt Muro is a free in-browser tool that can be used to create and edit works of art from anywhere with internet access. 

The DreamUp tab can be used to generate parts of an image with the help of AI, or you can use DreamUp in Muro to create and perfect a brand new work of art.

You can use the Draw and Adjust tabs to create with brushes and adjustment tools, either on a blank canvas or by importing existing images you’ve made to alter and perfect them. 

The Presets tab can be used to apply filters to layers you’ve created, either to overlay on top of them or to serve as the base for the layer you want to work on. You can toggle these settings to apply to all layers or just the layer you’re currently working on.

Because Muro is an in-browser device, you can use drawing tablets to create in Muro as well, giving you a wide array of options for your artistic endeavors.
