What is Core Membership?
Core Membership provides access to benefits and features on DeviantArt. There are four plans that offer different benefits and values. Visit the Core Membership page to review prices, billing cycles, and benefits.
What payment methods can I use to buy Core Membership?
Core Membership payments can be made using credit card, PayPal, or Points, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay in supported countries and on supported devices. Learn more about payment methods.
All transactions on DeviantArt are processed in United States dollar (USD), so if you order from outside of the United States, your bank may charge additional fees related to international transactions or currency conversion.
Please note that when buying Core Membership for yourself, you will be enrolled in auto-renewal, and your payment method may be charged up to 10 days before the auto-renewal date to ensure uninterrupted service.
Can I give Core Membership to someone else as a gift?
I received a Core Membership gift and want to extend my benefits. How do I do so?
Visit the Core Membership page, select the Core plan you want to have, and proceed through the checkout process.
Note
For deviants with Core Memberships that were gifted, granted by a Diamond Badge, or pre-paid, changing the plan will cause the previous plan and billing cycle to end immediately, and the new plan and cycle will begin. Any unused time or credit from the previous plan will not carry over.
Can I change which Core Membership plan I have?
You can change your Core Membership plan at any time. Learn more about changing your Core Membership.
Can I get multiple prepaid amounts of Core Membership?
It is not possible to stack Core Memberships. If you purchase a new Core Membership, your existing Core Membership plan will end and your new Core Membership plan will immediately begin.
I want to cancel my Core Membership and get a refund.
Core Membership purchases are non-refundable, but you can disable auto-renewal at any time to avoid the next auto-renewal cycle.
How do I disable auto-renewal on my Core Membership?
You can change your auto-renewal setting at any time from the Billing and Payments page. This won’t cancel any remaining time left on your existing Core Membership, but it will cancel any future auto-renewal charges.
