When logging in please verify there are no empty spaces before or after or in the middle of your username and that your username is spelt correctly to ensure you are able to log in properly. If there are any errant spaces (typically caused by a mobile phone's autofill keyboard feature) you may run into this error message. Removing the spaces should allow you to log in your account correctly.
