How does Merch fulfillment work?
Sellers do not need to print, stock, pack, or ship products, or to provide order tracking information.
The entire flow looks like this:
- The buyer places an order and pays for it. After checkout, they get an order confirmation email.
- The seller receives a sale notification, but doesn’t need to act on it.
- The order enters production.
- The order is packed and shipped. Once it ships, the buyer receives an email with tracking information.
- The seller’s earnings are credited according to the approved payout schedule.
Delivery estimates depend on production time, destination, carrier, and other factors.
Products in the same order may arrive in different packages. Since final delivery is handled by third-party partners, packages may be delivered to a local post office, locker, or other pickup point instead of your home. Delivery to P.O. boxes can’t be guaranteed.
Shipping to some territories may be restricted due to trade sanctions and export restrictions.
