How do order requests work?
Arts & Crafts orders come to sellers as requests. After a buyer submits a request, the seller has 72 hours to accept or reject it. If the seller doesn't respond in time, the request is automatically rejected.
Buyers can withdraw their request at any time before the seller accepts it.
Order statuses
Orders are managed in Studio using three statuses:
- Pending: New requests waiting for the seller to accept or reject.
- In Progress: Accepted orders currently being prepared and fulfilled.
- Completed: Orders that have been shipped and marked as complete.
For sellers
When a new request comes in, review the order details in Studio and either accept or reject it. If you reject a request, you can include a note for the buyer.
For buyers
When you place a request, you won't be charged immediately. A pending authorization charge will appear on your account, but you'll only be charged if the seller accepts. You can withdraw your request at any time before it's accepted.
