Arts & Crafts lets you create a listing for a physical product and manage each order from request through shipment. While anyone on DeviantArt can buy, selling Arts & Crafts is a Core Membership benefit.

To get started, create a new Arts & Crafts listing from Studio.

Add the main details of your product:

Customize the order form buyers will fill out when placing a request.

Every Arts & Crafts listing includes a required shipping question by default which cannot be edited or removed.

You can optionally add custom questions to collect additional details, such as color preferences, size, or personalization. Custom questions can use free text, single-choice, or multiple-choice formats, and they can also include add-ons for an additional cost to your buyers.  

A shipping profile is required before you can publish your first listing. Shipping profiles let you set prices for worldwide, regional, or country-specific destinations. You can even include free shipping for regional purchases by setting the price to $0.

Once published, your listing appears in your Arts & Crafts shop area, as well as in the DeviantArt Shop and other locations throughout the network. Edit anytime in your Studio.

The state of all your Arts & Crafts orders can be found under Orders in Studio.

Pending: When a new order request comes in, you'll receive a notification. You have up to 72 hours to accept or reject the request, otherwise it will be automatically rejected.

Completed: View the history of all completed orders in one place. Completed orders can be reopened to view shipping details or order information.

As long as your Core Membership is active, your listings may be promoted across the platform through promotional banners and other visibility features. You can also boost your listing to increase exposure.
