How do I confirm shipping on an Arts & Crafts order?


Once your Arts & Crafts item is ready to ship, confirm shipment in Studio to notify the buyer and complete the order.

In Studio, find the order under In Progress and click Confirm Shipment. You'll be prompted to enter:
  • The shipping carrier
  • The tracking number

Once confirmed, the order moves to Completed, and the buyer receives a notification with the carrier and tracking information.

Click on Completed orders to view shipping and order details at any time.
