How do I buy an Arts & Crafts item?


When you've found an Arts & Crafts item you'd like to purchase, click Buy Now on the product page to begin your order.

The order form includes:
  • Shipping information
  • Any custom questions added by the seller
  • An order summary showing the base price, shipping, selected add-ons, and the total

Tip: Fill out your order request in as much detail as possible so the seller has everything they need to fulfill it.

The seller has 72 hours to accept or reject your request. You will not be charged immediately. A pending authorization charge will appear on your account, but you will only be charged if the seller accepts your request. If your request is made using Points, those Points will be held and unavailable for other purchases while the request is pending.
You can withdraw your request at any time before the seller accepts it.

An order may be canceled by DeviantArt Support, and your payment will be refunded.

Once the seller confirms shipment, you'll receive a notification with the carrier and tracking number.
