Private communication among group administrators can help coordinate group events and posts smoothly and easily.

Group notes can be used to contact other group administrators and keep group info private. When a note is sent to the group, all group administrators with access to the Admin tab will receive a group-specific notification in the left sidebar of the notifications page. 

Group administrators can reply directly to group notes, and can also reply to comments left on the group notes, creating threads of comments to keep information organized. Group notes can be accessed at any time by clicking on “Group Notes” in the Admin tab.

Please note: If you want to contact a group administrator privately, please send a note to them personally and not the group, as anyone with access to the Admin tab can view and reply to group notes.
